This site is operated by A.N.D Sovereign Group UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using andsovereign.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Installing our software is a separate agreement. What you may do with Sovereign Inference is governed by the End User Licence Agreement supplied with it, not by this page. Where the two ever appear to disagree about the software, the licence wins.

How we handle information is covered by our privacy policy. What you must not do with the site or the software is covered by our acceptable use policy. All three apply together.

Using this site

What you may do here.

You may view these pages, download software we make available, and contact us. You may quote or link to us freely, provided you do so accurately and do not suggest an endorsement, affiliation or approval that does not exist.

We do not require an account to browse or to download. We set no cookies and run no analytics that identify you — the privacy policy sets out exactly what that means.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the server it runs on, or any connected system; introduce anything malicious; or place the site under a load designed to disrupt it. Doing so may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we will report it.

Downloads

Get our software from us.

Installers linked from this site are served from our own infrastructure. We publish a SHA-256 checksum beside each download so you can verify that the file you received is the file we published. If a copy of our software reaches you from anywhere else, we cannot vouch for it.

Each edition is built for particular hardware and lists its own third-party components. Choosing an edition that does not suit your machine may mean the software runs slowly rather than not at all — the download page explains which to pick.

We may change, withdraw or replace any download without notice, including to correct a defect.

Information on this site

Accurate, but not advice.

We work to keep this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Benchmarks, performance figures and hardware guidance describe particular machines under particular conditions; your results will differ.

Nothing on this site is professional advice — legal, financial, security, medical or otherwise — and you should not rely on it as such. Anything produced by an AI model, whether ours runs it or not, is generated text and may be wrong. Verify before you rely on it.

Intellectual property

What belongs to whom.

We own or are licensed to use everything on this site: the text, design, layout, graphics, logos and the A.N.D Sovereign name. Those rights are reserved. You may not copy the site's design or content for commercial use, or use our name or logo as your own, without our written permission.

Our software includes open-source components under their own licences, reproduced in full in the third-party licence file that ships with each edition. Those licences govern those components, and we comply with them.

Third-party names and marks mentioned anywhere on this site — including NVIDIA, CUDA, Vulkan, Intel and AMD — belong to their respective owners. Naming them describes compatibility. It does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

Links and third parties

Where we point elsewhere.

This site links to other organisations — model repositories, open-source projects, hardware vendors. Those links are provided for information. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

If our software connects to an external service that you enable and configure, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of it, alongside ours.

Availability and liability

The honest limits.

We do not guarantee that this site will be available uninterrupted or free of error. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you if it is unavailable at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss of profit, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, and for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or from any content on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, you keep all of your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; nothing here affects them.

Changes and governing law

How this page can change.

We may amend these terms. The version published here is the version that applies, and the date it last changed is shown below. Please check it from time to time; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law and may bring proceedings there.
