The short version: our software runs on your device, and we don't track what you do with it.
Most of what we make — Sovereign Inference included — sends us nothing at all: no analytics, no usage tracking, no account required. Your conversations, models, settings, keys and files stay local, under your control.
Paid products are the one exception, and only in two narrow ways. Sovereign Security checks that a licence is current — sending a minimal ping if an account passes three days beyond its billing date — and, because it's security software, it signals when a critical update is available rather than relying on an email you might miss. Both send only what's needed for those purposes, never your content.
Some features can also reach the internet when you turn them on — an optional web search, or a cloud model you point at with your own key — in which case that provider receives only what the feature needs, under its own policy.
Beyond those, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf — it lives on your device. Each product ships with its own full policy.
