For businesses

Enterprise

Websites, AI assistants, security and the systems behind them. Custom built and tailored to you and your business.

Built around your businessTailored to your desiresManaged, not abandoned
Watching a competitor pull ahead with a slicker site and an assistant that answers while they sleep? Every part of that is solvable, and solving it is what we do for you.

Whether it is a custom RAG assistant trained on your business inside out, a website built from first sketch to launch, hosting and management that means you never think about it again, or the entire AI architecture and backend behind all of it, we have you covered.

The work we do creates, revitalises and empowers. Small businesses and global operations alike, because no client is ever too big and none is ever too small. From custom chatbots and end to end web development, through to supplying, architecting and installing the sovereign hardware that powers the lot, there is no task we would turn away.

We take real pride in what we build, and we live every day by our founder's motto: nothing but the best is good enough. Whatever we make for you will be exactly what you wanted, working exactly the way you pictured it. Your dream, our reality.

What we do

Six things, and we would rather do a few of them properly than list forty.

RAG and chatbot integrationMost requested

An assistant that actually knows your business. Wired into your products, documentation, pricing and policies so it answers from what is true today, cites where the answer came from, and says it does not know rather than inventing something. Built and managed by us on hosted infrastructure, so it is available whenever your customers are. How we build them, and the intake form

Custom AI modelsBuilt to order

When retrieval is not enough. Models trained or tuned on your material, given a defined role, and sized to run on the hardware you actually have. Handed over as yours, with no licence server and no monthly fee to keep it alive. Custom AI Models

Website design, management and hostingCurrently delivering

Built, run and looked after. Design and build from scratch, ongoing management so it does not rot, and hosting arranged and managed for you so there is one account manager to email. Fast, accessible and written properly, rather than assembled from a template and forty plugins that each phone home.

On premises deploymentPriced per project

Hardware supplied, installed and set up in your building. Any size of business, anywhere. When material genuinely cannot leave the premises, this is the answer, and we will build the whole thing on site rather than talk you out of it. It is a considerably larger investment than a hosted system, so it is quoted per project rather than listed.

Enterprise InferenceAt scale

Local AI for a whole organisation. The engine behind Sovereign Inference, sized up: models running on your own infrastructure, serving your teams, with nothing leaving the building and no per seat charge from anybody's API.

Enterprise securityAt scale

Endpoint security that reports to you. Sovereign Security deployed across an estate, with the same rule underneath it: every check that cannot see something says so, rather than reporting a pass. Results stay with you, because there is no cloud console holding them.

When it should live in your building

Some systems belong on your own machines. Here is how to tell.

Most customer facing work runs better on managed hosting, and we will say so. But there are three situations where putting it on your own hardware is plainly the right answer, and in those cases we will supply it, install it and set it up wherever you are.

Material that cannot leave

  • Client files, contracts, medical or legal material. If it cannot go to a third party, that has historically meant no AI at all. On your own hardware, the question never comes up.
  • No third party processor to account for in your own compliance position, because there is not one.
  • Nothing trained on you. Your material is not anybody's next dataset.

Heavy, constant use

  • Per seat and per token pricing scales with your success. Hardware you bought does not, and the maths flips somewhere around steady daily use across a team.
  • The machine keeps earning. Once it is in and running, the models on it cost nothing further to use.
  • We will run the numbers with you honestly, including the times they say do not bother.

Work that has to keep working

  • Models get deprecated. A workflow built on somebody's API is one email away from breaking. A model on your own disk is not.
  • You own the build. It is yours, properly, and it carries on doing its job.
  • Nothing built that only we can maintain. That is a business model rather than an engineering decision, and we do not use it.

Hardware, installation and setup are quoted per project. Any size of business, anywhere.

How we work

A conversation, then a scope, then a thing that exists.

You talk to the people who build it. No account manager in the middle translating what you said into a brief, and no gap between the person who promised it and the person who has to deliver it.

01

Tell us everything

Not "how much is a chatbot". Who you are, what the business does, what you want it to do, and your website if you have one. The more that lands in that first message, the further ahead we can start.

02

We reply with something built

Where we have enough to work with, our first response is not a price list. It is a working demo, made for your business, that you can try in front of you.

03

An honest scope

What the finished version does, what it costs, and what it will not do. Including the times the answer is that you do not need us.

04

Build and deploy

Done in stages you can see. Live on managed infrastructure, or installed on your own hardware where that is the right call.

05

We run it

Managed, monitored and kept current, so it stays useful rather than quietly going stale. Yours to take elsewhere whenever you want it.

Why the first message matters

Skip the opening dance.
We would rather show you than quote you.

The usual exchange is four emails of jargon before anyone learns anything. If you put the whole picture in the first one instead, we can often build a prototype from it and send that back as our reply, so you are looking at the real thing rather than a proposal describing it. Nobody is asked to imagine anything.

Who we work with

Nothing is too big, and nothing is too small.

One person with an idea, or a company with a thousand customers on the line at once. Both are work we want.

There is no minimum here, and no ceiling either. The only thing shaping what gets built is your imagination.

Any size
  • A sole trader who wants a website and something to answer questions on it. No job is too small. These are the ones we most want to hear from, and quietly the ones we most enjoy building.
  • An established business that has outgrown what it has. The version you always wanted, built properly, without starting the whole thing again from nothing.
  • A large organisation with a thousand people using it at once. Built for that load, scaled for it, and watched so it stays there.
Priced for the business you are
  • Every quote is worked out per client. Not a tier you have to squeeze into, and not a figure taken from what we think you can afford.
  • A small business gets the same build as a large one. The engineering does not change. What changes is how much looking after it needs afterwards, and the price follows that rather than your postcode.
  • We would rather you had the thing you actually want. Being outgunned on cash flow is not a reason to end up with a worse website than the company down the road.
What it is like working with us
  • You talk to the people building it. Every time, from the first email onwards, with nobody in the middle translating. Everything in writing, so nothing gets lost on a phone call.
  • Changes happen quickly. You ask for something, it gets done, and you are not waiting a fortnight for a ticket to reach a queue.
  • Looked after once it is live. Managed, monitored and kept current, so the thing you were proud of on day one is still the thing you are proud of a year later.
  • Your name stays yours. We do not publish a client list and we do not run a portfolio. If you want to tell people we built it, that is entirely your call.
Let us build it

You have a problem.
We have the solution.

Whatever it is, there is a way to do it. Tell us who you are, what the business does, what you would love to have working, and where your website lives if you have one. The more that goes into the first message, the better the first reply, and it may well arrive with your idea already built and running for you to try.
